About Manish Joshi
Manish is dedicated to societal change through youth leadership. While working with various organizations, in the last 15 years, Manish has influenced thousands of young people. Over the years, his sessions have been attended by school students, college students, teachers, educators, and young professionals. Manish has diverse experience working with development organizations, an international language institute, and a manufacturing firm.
From a shy kid
to bold social activism
Thanks to learning leadership from great leaders like Kiran Bedi, Manish imbibed passion, perseverance, and purpose, the essential traits of a leader. Besides formal development work, Manish has made several trips to Kashmir to understand the cycle of violence in the valley. He has empowered young prisoners, children in conflict with the law, and children of prostitutes. He has worked to improve education for underprivileged children in the hills and those living in slums and to build college youth's employability skills. Manish has trained school students in Dehradun and Delhi in Lifeskills, Values Education, etc. He has also been involved in flood relief work in Bihar. Manish mobilized and trained college youth as volunteers through Let's Serve, an organization against rising crimes against women. Manish also trains youth in Public Speaking & Debating.

Manish believes in putting youth at the forefront of change. His candidness coupled with assertiveness and authenticity complemented with tactfulness helps break the ice immediately. Manish's conversational public-speaking style connects with the youth deeply and brings lasting change. Inspired by Mahatma Jyotiba Phule, his focus has always been to bring justice, equity, and sustainability through developing youth into servant leaders.
